To use the thl11 platform and create an account, players must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the minimum age is not permitted to use these services.
• Gambling must not be prohibited under the laws of the region or country where the player is located.
• Access to the platform must be of the player's own free will.
• Players must use only their own funds. Playing with borrowed money or another person's funds is not permitted.
• Each player may hold only one account. Opening a second account with the same personal details is prohibited.

2.1 Accurate Information

The information provided when opening an account — name, age, contact details — must be accurate and up to date. If thl11 finds that incorrect information has been provided, the account may be reviewed and suspended.

2.2 Password Security

2.3 KYC Verification

thl11 may request identity verification documents from a player at any time. Failure to cooperate with such a request will result in withdrawals being put on hold and the account may be closed.

Deposits and withdrawals at thl11 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum amount per deposit is 5,000 Ks.
• Players must use a payment method registered in their own name.
• Third-party payment methods (not in the player's own name) are not allowed.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks.
• As a general rule, withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be processed within one hour after passing review.
• The required wagering amount must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

thl11 offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total of 44,000 Ks. You must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement, which can be checked on the promotions page.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per transaction.
• If bonus abuse is detected (exploiting a game vulnerability), the bonus and any related winnings may be voided.
• Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount has been met.
• thl11 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on thl11 run on certified random number generation technology, so no one can predict or interfere with game outcomes.

5.2 Game Disconnections

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, play will resume from the last recorded state of that game, or the wagered amount will be refunded. thl11 is not responsible for losses caused by network disconnections.

5.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, players compete in real time against professional dealers. Live casino decisions are final and cannot be disputed (unless a dealer error is involved).

5.4 Football Betting

Bets on football matches must be placed within the set limits. Any bets placed incorrectly after the match has started will be voided. If a match is cancelled, all stakes placed on it will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform—

• Bonus Abuse — attempting to manipulate or circumvent bonus wagering requirements
• Any activity related to money laundering
• Playing with a bot or automated script
• Hacking — disrupting the service or attempting to steal data
• Playing under another person's name rather than your own
• Making a deposit with a payment method that is not in your name
• Collusion — players secretly working together against the platform
• Owning more than one account

7.1 Self-closure by the Player

7.2 Closure by thl11

thl11 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Suspicion of money laundering arises
• Failure to cooperate with an investigation
• Misuse of the platform's services is found

Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) may be returned after the investigation is completed.
